Speech Soccer - General Terms & Conditions

We want you to enjoy the game and registration allows you to play Speech Soccer online for 6 months.

We will endeavour to keep the service online 24 hours a day 7 days a week. However, high demand and scheduled upgrades will make the website and the matchmaker unavailable from time to time. No refunds will be given due to the service being unavailable.

Speech Soccer will continue to be updated and may require you to download a new version [at no extra cost] on occasion to continue to use the service. You will be notified when this happens, but no refunds will be given if you try and use the service with an obsolete version of the software.

Speech Soccer is designed to be used in the home and may not work on office/organisation/company computers due to the IT policies of your company/organisation. No refund will be given if you are unable to use the service due to circumstances beyond our control.

It is not possible to host matches between computers that share an ip-address to gain access to the internet nor is it possible for more than one computer from a group of computers that share the same ip-address to play online at the same time. No refunds will be given if you are unable to use the service for this reason.

 

 

 

Speech Soccer  - Free Prize Draw Terms & Conditions

Please read this information carefully:

    1.    This free prize draw is open to all UK residents (except for employees of Speech Soccer, their families, agencies or any other company directly connected with the administration of this promotion) who complete registration on the www.speechsoccer.com website. You do not need to buy anything to enter.
    2.    Registration completion is based on your email address being provided and can be sent direct by email to info@speechsoccer.com with the subject line PRIZE DRAW.
    3.    Emailed confirmation of registration will ensure automatic entry into the prize draw. Should the registration be cancelled any time during the stated promotional period, the entry will be removed from the prize draw.
    4.    Only one entry per household. Third party registrations will not be accepted.
    5.    Speech Soccer accepts no responsibility for incomplete or invalid entries.
    6.    The draw will be made when the 1000th registration is received via the website and ends the promotional period.
    7.    There is one prize of one signed England football shirt to be won.
    8.    The winner will be drawn independently and at random from all valid entries received and will be notified by email within 72 hours of the actual draw date.
    9.    No alternative prize is available and the prize is not transferable.
    10.    For winner's details please send an email to: info@speechsoccer.com within 28 days of the draw date.
    11.    The winner may be asked to participate in non paid publicity accompanying or resulting from this draw.
    12.    By entering the free prize draw, entrants agree to be bound by the rules and by any other requirements set out in promotional material.
